What was the book by George Bernard Shaw that he threw on the fire after critics views upset him.?
Q. George Bernard Shaw wrote a book and invited friends around to read it and express their views. They seemed to agree that the Heroines name was mentioned too many times. He took umbrage at this and cast the whole manuscript into the fire. They later said how it was one of the best of his works they had ever read. Can someone enlighten me on any more details of this episode please. Thanks Joe Doc, you could be right there...
