Hello my friend, i will try to help you i am not confident since consumer spending could be primarly influenced by so many, not presently specified things so i would go for : 1) D all play a role, yet the primary among this choice would definitely go to D. theory of permanent income. b would be relative, a also and c is not supported by the permanent income theory. with certainty the 2nd would be : 2) B is the only thing that would generate a decline in present buying. since people would put a hold on their purchases to buy cheaper soon. for questions or explanations email me if you want study hard my friend. good luck
